A Commemoration of Queensland's first-ever Australian Grand Prix - The weekend of August 27th & 28th 2011 will see the showcase of one of the most significant motoring events in Queensland and one of the State's biggest regional events staged, when the 16th annual Leyburn Sprints takes place in the small rural community of Leyburn. The Sprints concept caters to competition in 14 historic classes, muscle cars and an array of open wheelers with a small selection of modern cars of special interest.
